Job Description

Knowledge of instructional design concepts and adult learning theories

Oracle implementation program (Exposure to ERP experience will be an added advantage)

Hands-on experience in creating storyboards / power presentations for eLearning, ILTs, Job aids and vILTs

Ability to directly interact with client SMEs, seek clarifications from them, and create material that meet the client specified-requirements

Exposure to content authoring tools is desirable Whatfix, Walk ME etc

Mandatory skills*

Instructional Design, ERP experience , Strong English written skills
