Competencies required:

Strong understanding of Instruction Design Principles, theories and

Methodologies e.g., adult learning principles, instructional Strategies,

Ability to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Lead Instructional Designers must create Instructional Materials based on

client requirements.

• Manage a team of instructional Designers and collaborate with

Subject matter experts and project Managers.

• Oversee the development of Blended Learning solutions for a

variety of subjects and industries based on client requirements.

• Apply appropriate instructional strategies, design, and content

to meet client requirements.

• Develop innovative ideas for Blended Learning (Create engaging

learning activities and compelling course content that enhances

retention and knowledge transfer)

• Ability to visualize and design Blended Learning solutions for the

client.

• Ability to understand client requirements and work in

collaboration with SMEs.

• Ensure quality and consistency of instructional design

products delivered to the client
