Job Description

Youll be the kind of Designer who thrives on managing multiple projects simultaneously, whilst delivering innovative learning solutions. Youll have strong leadership capability combined with the skills to provide an exceptional client experience.

Your experience will involve:

3 5 years as an eLearning Instructional Designer delivering blended learning solutions

You will be incredibly digitally savvy, and keen to produce outside the boxsolutions for clients

Conducting in depth content analysis and identifying gaps

Documenting High Level Design and Storyboards

Supporting our awesome development team onshore and offshore

In-depth understanding of most commonly used Learning Management Systems

Always ahead of the game in terms of self-upskilling across the latest eLearning trends

Working in a fast-paced dynamic Digital Industry juggling multiple facets of a learning program

Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Captivate
