Instructional Learning Designer

instructional thinking, content design, visual aesthetics, and execution


What You Will Do

  • Design training programs, session flows, and learning journeys.
  • Create participant workbooks, facilitator guides, and learning handouts.
  • Design high-quality presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
  • Create learning assets such as cards, exercises, simulations, and other artifacts that support experiential learning.
  • Support video-based learning by helping with scripting, storyboarding, and basic content planning.
  • Work on tools like Canva, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Mentimeter, and other learning platforms.
  • Work with vendors and partners for printing, materials, strationary.
  • Supporting branding and marketing work.
  • Collaborate closely with facilitators to translate classroom learning into structured instructional assets.
  • Contribute to improving the look, feel, and usability of learning material across formats.



Who This Role Is For

  • Someone with

    6 months to 2 years of experience

    in instructional design, training content creation, education, L&D, or related fields.
  • Candidates with exposure to

    education, psychology, learning sciences, or facilitation

    will have an advantage.
  • Someone who enjoys both

    thinking deeply about learning

    and

    executing high-quality outputs

    .
  • A person who is comfortable switching between structure and creativity.
  • Someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and open to experimentation.
  • Strong Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and foster meaningful connections with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Passion for community-building and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset is highly valued.
  • Flexibility to take up increasing and ever changing work, change strategy!!
  • Strong working knowledge of

    PowerPoint / Google Slides / Word

    .
  • Experience with

    Canva

    or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with

    Mentimeter or interactive learning tools

    is a plus.
  • Comfort with basic video-related work such as scripting and content planning.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team.

  • Location: Dahisar East (Check Naka), Mumbai

    Holiday: Any two Saturdays and All Sundays

    Work Timings: 10.30am to 6.30pm

    Salary: INR 25000 plus Incentives (post probation)

    Probation: 3 Months (post which all perks kick in)
