We are seeking an accomplished Institutional HR Manager to lead HR transformation at our distinguished Institution. Key Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for faculty and staff across academic and non-academic domains, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Ensure strict adherence to UGC, AICTE, and University regulatory norms in all HR processes
  • Oversee HR policies, documentation, compliance audits, and governance frameworks
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and HRMS operations with efficiency and accuracy
  • Conduct faculty appraisals, staff evaluations, and prepare comprehensive HR reports for senior leadership
  • Drive people management initiatives including counselling, conflict resolution, and decision-making support
  • Foster professional behavior, maintain confidentiality, and apply a strong problem-solving mindset to HR challenges
  • Engage proactively with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and communication


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven expertise in academic recruitment and non-academic staffing within higher education
  • Strong knowledge of UGC/AICTE/University regulations and HR compliance standards
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms, payroll management, and attendance systems
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Demonstrated skills in people management, counselling, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation
  • High professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all HR dealings
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making


Experience


  • 7 to 12+ years of progressive HR experience in educational institutions or comparable settings
  •  For the right candidate, salary is not a constraint and will be commensurate with experience, skills, and industry standards
