Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Installation Engineer to manage the setup, configuration, and successful deployment of Doozy Robotics' solutions at client sites. This role involves hands-on installation, system testing, client interaction, and post-installation support. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission robotics systems and automation equipment at customer sites. Conduct site inspections and pre-installation assessments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and software to ensure smooth installations. Configure hardware and integrate software components per project requirements. Run diagnostic tests and calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance. Train end-users on operating procedures and basic troubleshooting. Maintain installation documentation, service reports, and client feedback. Ensure compliance with safety standards and site-specific protocols. Provide on-site or remote technical support during and after installation. Travel to client locations both domestic and international as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field. 1–3 years of experience in installation or commissioning of machinery/equipment (preferably in robotics or automation). Strong technical knowledge of robotics systems, electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, and industrial software systems is a plus. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotics hardware/software platforms. Knowledge of safety protocols in industrial automation environments. Ability to work under minimal supervision in fast-paced settings .
