Key Responsibilities Supervise Daily Operations: Manage daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines. Team Leadership: Lead and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Quality Control: Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when necessary. Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report to management. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities.
