Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Inside Sales Manager B2C to lead our sales efforts focused on individual consumers. You will be responsible for driving revenue through inbound and outbound sales, mentoring a team of sales executives, and optimizing conversion across our consumer products (like tax filing, investment plans, credit, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of B2C Inside Sales Executives Own and drive daily/weekly/monthly sales targets across key consumer products Monitor and improve the entire sales funnel from lead engagement to conversion Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and improve lead quality Optimize sales pitches and customer interactions based on feedback and analytics Use CRM tools to track performance, generate reports, and forecast revenue Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and training to improve skills Deeply understand consumer needs and personalize offerings to drive conversions Collaborate with product teams to share consumer insights and feature feedback Requirements: 3 to 5 years of B2C inside sales experience, preferably in fintech, edtech, or consumer tech Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets Strong team management and coaching skills Excellent communication, customer handling, and negotiation abilities Data-driven approach with experience in using CRM and sales tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment Why Join Clear?
