Sales Support Executive Export Division

Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary :- 4 -6 LPA + incentives travel abroad later

Reports To: Head Export Division

Role Summary

The Sales Support Executive will play a key role in supporting the company's international healthcare business operations. This role focuses on managing export inquiries, preparing quotations and technical-commercial offers, maintaining CRM data, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of overseas orders. You will work closely with the Director and cross-functional teams to help expand Company presence in global healthcare markets, including Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Assist in developing and executing international sales strategies to achieve division growth targets.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities, project leads, and customer segments in assigned territories.
  • Prepare and submit commercial and technical quotations, prequalification documents, and product presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system (Odoo / Zoho / HubSpot).
  • Coordinate with production, accounts, and documentation teams to ensure timely proposal submission and order fulfillment.
  • Support the Director in client follow-ups, tender submissions, and communications with international agents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update promotional materials, client communication, and digital outreach content.
  • Track and analyze sales pipeline metrics and generate periodic performance reports.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Engineering.
  • 2 plus years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or international business environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Odoo).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospital infrastructure, or medical equipment sales, especially in international or institutional projects.
  • Familiarity with export documentation, international trade procedures, and tender processes.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry compliance (e.g., CE, ISO 13485) is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned markets.
