KRA Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking in international markets. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to enterprise clients, particularly for software development and AI-driven services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SaaS, software development, and AI industry trends to effectively position offerings. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in B2B software solution sales, with a focus on international markets. Demonstrated success in selling software development and AI services, including chatbots and generative AI solutions. Strong experience with cold calling, lead generation, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
