Inside Sales Specialist

You’ll be driving growth for two high-potential brands:

  • Phonon.io

    – Automating conversations for BFSI & Travel.
  • 22North

    – Airline Tech for notifications, boarding, and disruption management.


🔧 What You’ll Do1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and qualify prospects across BFSI, Travel, and Technology.
  • Build targeted lists using LinkedIn, databases, and research.
  • Segment leads by verticals, decision-making authority, and revenue potential.
2. Outreach & Engagement
  • Execute cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/social selling.
  • Craft tailored outreach that resonates with CXOs, Heads of Ops, and Digital leaders.
  • Nurture relationships through consistent follow-ups.
3. Sales & Closing
  • Run product demos and pitch decks with prospects.
  • Manage objections, negotiate pricing/commercials, and drive deals to closure.
  • Coordinate with leadership for enterprise sales where required.
4. Pipeline Management & Reporting
  • Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate, updated records.
  • Track metrics: leads generated, deals in pipeline, win rate, and revenue contribution.
  • Share insights to continuously refine targeting and messaging.
5. Collaboration & Market Feedback
  • Work with marketing to align campaigns with customer pain points.
  • Provide structured market intelligence to product teams.
  • Help refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) playbook as we scale.


✅ What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years in

    inside sales / business development

    with proven closures (preferably B2B SaaS/tech).
  • Experience with BFSI or Travel/Aviation sales is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with

    CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and MS Office

    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to run persuasive presentations.
  • Self-starter with a

    hunter’s mindset

    — persistent, disciplined, and outcome-focused.
  • Ability to balance

    volume (pipeline building)

    with

    quality (deal conversion)

    .
