Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Technical Support Engineer at phonon, automating outcomes in Vadodara. The Lead Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, utilizing analytical skills, and delivering excellent customer support on a daily basis.
