Inside Sales Executive – Wisecor Transformation (Data Analytics & Automation Solutions)

Location: Thane
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Last Saturday Off)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive (3–5 years of experience) to drive B2B sales for our Data Analytics and Automation Services. The role involves engaging with senior decision-makers such as CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Business Heads to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads across multiple industries.
  • Build, manage, and nurture the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
  • Understand client pain points and position Wisecor’s solutions effectively (dashboards, AI-driven automation, reporting tools).
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and online demos.
  • Collaborate with technical and management teams to develop customized proposals.
  • Maintain and update records in the CRM system while preparing weekly sales performance reports.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development within IT, SaaS, Data Analytics, Automation, or Consulting sectors.
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and deal conversion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, IT, or Marketing (Sales/Analytics certifications preferred).
