Role & responsibilities Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) team based in Bangalore to: Support the Field Sales Team by converting high-quality sales opportunities Improve lead response time and increase the conversion ratio for construction equipment sales Build a scalable and professional inside sales engine to reduce the burden on field sales and enhance customer satisfaction Preferred candidate profile 15 years in B2B sales , preferably in industrial or heavy equipment sectors Educational Qualification: Diploma or Graduate in Engineering ( Mechanical/Automobile preferred OR Graduate with relevant industrial sales experience Key Skills and Competencies Skill AreaRequirements Language Fluency Proficiency in English or Hindi plus one regional language Product Knowledge Understanding of construction equipment, machine technology, and applications Sales Qualification Ability to qualify leads using BANT – Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline CRM Proficiency Comfortable with lead entry, opportunity tracking, and updates Value Selling Ability to explain TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) , lifecycle value, and the Gmmco AdvantageObjection Handling Skilled in handling objections on specifications, pricing, or competitor comparison Communication Skills Clear, structured, and professional verbal communication Quotation Skills Able to generate basic quotations using provided templates
