Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer satisfaction, maintaining communication with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as making sales calls, following up on leads, understanding customer needs, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with CRM software is a plus
• Previous experience in the tech industry is beneficial
