We’re now looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us scale our impact. Role Overview:As an Inside Sales Representative at BeastDrive, you will be on the front lines of our revenue generation efforts. You'll work with inbound and outbound leads, engage prospective clients or partners, and close deals that drive growth across our offerings—whether it’s event sponsorships, digital advertising, merchandise sales, or B2B services. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and CRM platforms to pitch BeastDrive’s offerings. Handle inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and guide them through the sales process. Understand customer needs and tailor product or service pitches to address them effectively. Schedule and conduct virtual sales meetings and demos when needed. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, opportunities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and optimize lead conversion strategies. Gather customer feedback to help improve our products, services, and sales process. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to position BeastDrive competitively. Qualifications:1-3 years of inside sales or telesales experience (preferably in digital media, SaaS, events, or e-commerce). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer pain points. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales automation tools. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Positive attitude, resilience, and hunger for success. Nice-to-Have:Experience in selling sponsorships, advertising, or digital services. Knowledge of the gaming, content creator, tech, or lifestyle industries. Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.).
