Role Overview:As a Chat Process Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for people who inquire about our events or offerings via WhatsApp, Instagram, or live website chat. Your job is to engage, inform, and help convert interest into registrations — all through professional and friendly communication. Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat platforms Share event details, packages, and registration steps with leads Follow up with users who’ve shown interest but not yet registered Maintain lead records, statuses, and daily reports in Google Sheets or CRM Escalate complex queries or technical issues to the appropriate team Stay updated on all event details, FAQs, and new updates to share accurately Requirements:Good written communication skills in English and Hindi Fast typing and multitasking ability Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic CRM or lead-tracking tools Professional tone, polite responses, and clear messaging Ability to work during peak hours, weekends, or event days (if required) Preferred (Not Mandatory):Experience in customer support, chat process, or social media DM handling Interest in adventure events, lifestyle branding, or community management Basic design or typing tools knowledge is a plus (e.g., Canva, Grammarly) What You’ll Get:Paid opportunity or internship certificate Incentives based on performance Experience working with a premium adventure brand Opportunity for full-time placement after performance review Young, vibrant, and fast-moving team environment
