Role Overview

Inside Sales & Counseling Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline; convert leads to meet/exceed monthly targets.
  
• Conduct daily outbound calls to assigned leads and engage in high-quality conversations.
  
• Understand student/parent needs and recommend suitable programs.
  
• Drive upselling and cross-selling across Career Launcher’s offerings.
  
• Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to internal sales processes.
  
• Resolve client concerns/escalations with a service-first approach.
