Position : Inside Sales Marketing Specialist (Inbound)

Location: Bangalore (Indirangar)

Experience : 2 years

Education : Any Degree

Shift : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (5 days working) - WORK FROM OFFICE

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Marketing Associate to handle inbound sales and marketing queries and join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, and generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through phone and online communication.This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset to develop new leads, understand key industry verticals, and effectively communicate our products value to various buyer personas. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead progression, with a strong focus on setting up client meetings, product demos, and discovery calls that lead to conversion and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and immediately to inbound inquiries from prospective customers via phone, email, chat, and CRM platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route them appropriately within the sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations or consultations when required.
  • Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the pre-sale process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product benefits and value.
  • Naturally persuasive, with a drive to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Ability to grasp product knowledge, industry context, and customer needs quickly.
  • Capable of managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accurate records.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), communication platforms, and basic productivity software.
