Inside Sales Specialist


Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage enterprise prospects via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, inbound leads, and research.
  • Qualify leads through discovery to assess fit, need, timing, and buying intent.
  • Communicate Adapts’ value proposition to senior stakeholders (CTO/CIO/Heads of Engineering).
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for senior sales; run initial demos when needed.
  • Own early-stage pipeline from first touch to sales-qualified handoff.
  • Keep CRM (HubSpot/Zoho or similar) updated with notes, stages, and activity.
  • Execute outreach sequences/playbooks and improve them based on results.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales/CS for aligned campaigns and smooth handovers.
  • Hit monthly/quarterly targets for meetings and qualified opportunities.


Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in inside sales/SDR/BDR for SaaS, IT services, or enterprise tech (US market preferred).
  • Proven outbound lead-gen and enterprise qualification experience.
  • Strong written/verbal communication; able to explain technical value clearly.
  • Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and supporting high-ticket deals.
  • Experience running discovery calls and virtual demos.
  • Proficient with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Self-starter with strong organization, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Candidates with a technical undergraduate degree (CS/IT/Engineering) are a strong plus.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in developer tools, AI products, DevOps, or software engineering solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Outreach.
  • Prior experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • Exposure to PLG (Product-Led Growth) environments.
