The company specializes in IT and management consulting services, including process improvement, project management, and implementation support. OnActive also offers a range of services such as data management, data science, cloud services, customer experience management, quality assurance, recruitment, market research, customer support, web development, mobile app development, and website design. Role- Inside Sales Representative – Delhi Are you a driven and confident sales professional with a passion for communication and a tech-savvy mindset? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact business growth. Location: New Delhi Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling/inside sales Work Days: 6 days a week (3rd Saturd ay off) Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Use Google and LinkedIn to identify potential clients and build a strong lead database. Outreach: Initiate communication through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce company services. Appointment Scheduling: Book meetings for senior sales members with prospective clients. Client Communication: Maintain professional and timely communication with potential and existing clients. Customer Support: Assist clients by providing basic technical information and guidance. Feedback & Coordination: Share client feedback with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience. CRM Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of all lead interactions and progress. What We’re Looking For Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (IT background preferred). Experience: 1–2 years in inside sales, telecalling, or telesales. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi. Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM software. Sales-Driven: Motivated to meet targets and convert leads into clients.
