Role Overview:

What you’ll do:


  • Identify, research & qualify HR decision-makers in top Indian companies
  • Run thoughtful, multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp & Calls
  • Tailor every pitch -

    no spam, no templates

  • Set up discovery meetings and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team
  • Maintain hygiene and follow-up discipline in

    Zoho CRM

  • Work closely with the sales manager and content team for outreach campaigns


Who We’re Looking For


  • 6 months to 3 years

    of B2B inside sales / SDR experience (preferably in EdTech,
  • HRTech, SaaS)
  • Great communicator – confident writing and speaking to CHROs & senior HR leaders
  • Highly organised with a strong sense of follow-through
  • Can connect to a 100 potential prospects everyday through multiple channels
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sheets, CRM tools & AI tools for prospecting will be preferred.
  • Smart, curious, and wants to

    build a career in consultative B2B sales
