Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Chandigarh, India. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, cold calling and appointment setting, nurturing leads through constant communication to meet the company's goals. The representative will also maintain detailed records of interactions with clients and provide regular reports on daily/weekly sales activities. Qualifications Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Account Management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Experience in the IT industry is beneficial Show more Show less
