Job Brief:

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will play a crucial role in driving new business growth by proactively engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities for the sales team. This role requires a driven and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the IT services landscape (Cybersecurity/ Cloud-ISR) and the ability to effectively articulate value propositions. The ISR will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified leads through various outreach methods and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., online research, databases, social media, marketing campaigns). 
  • Execute outbound calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies to engage prospects. 
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria, including needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT or similar framework). 
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads in the CRM system. 
  • Accurately record and update all activities, interactions, and lead status in the CRM. 
  • Follow up on leads in a timely and effective manner to nurture them through the early stages of the sales cycle. 
  • Work closely with the Sales team to schedule meetings and demos for qualified leads. 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand and leverage marketing campaigns and materials. 
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and progress to the Sales Manager. 
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their business challenges and IT requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ABN's service offerings. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies space. 
  • Be able to articulate the benefits and advantages of our solutions to potential clients. 
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Contribute to the overall sales team success. 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BTech, BSc, MBA preferred). 
  • 2-5 years of inside sales experience in IT field. 
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for technology-driven sales are must. 
  • Good understanding of IT challenges faced by Corporates (scalability, cost optimization, security). 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales prospecting tools. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
