Description

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the job market context of India, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Generating leads through research, cold calling, and networking
Qualifying leads and identifying sales opportunities
Closing sales and achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Providing excellent customer service and support
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Skills and Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in inside sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
