We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our sales team as Inside Sales Strategist Interns. This role primarily focuses on calling, lead generation, and customer engagement while building a strong foundation in inside sales and business development within the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and business partners.
• Qualify leads and create a structured sales funnel.
• Build and maintain an updated prospect database.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Support the business development team in achieving sales targets.
• Prepare reports and share insights to improve lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, customer engagement, and renewable energy solutions.
• Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking leads.
• Prior experience in telesales/customer service will be an advantage.
