Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our Indore office. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, camera-facing confidence, quick learning ability, and hands-on knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads & Google Ads).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, planning, and executing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage and grow company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, and video campaigns.
• Appear on camera for promotional and informational digital content.
• Support SEO and content marketing activities for the company website.
• Analyze ad campaigns, monitor ROI, and prepare performance reports.
• Research industry trends, audience targeting, and competitor strategies to strengthen digital presence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Confident personality for camera-facing content creation.
• Quick learner with creativity and adaptability.
• Basic knowledge or practical exposure to Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with SEO, Canva, and social media analytics tools preferred.

Stipend & Benefits

• Stipend: ₹5,000/month for the first 2 months, then up to ₹10,000/month for the next 4 months, based on performance.
• Certificate of Internship upon completion.
• Opportunity for a pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance.
• Practical training in paid ads, social media marketing, and SEO within the renewable energy industry.
