As an Inside Sales Representative at Circolife in Mumbai-Thane, India, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for a pioneering climate-tech company leading India's sustainable cooling movement. With a focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets, you will contribute to reducing energy consumption and minimizing carbon footprints through IoT-enabled air conditioning systems. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, emailing, and lead follow-ups. By engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our solutions can meet those needs, you will build and maintain strong relationships to drive revenue growth. To excel in this role, you must consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and accurately manage all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaboration with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences will also be essential. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, including successful cold calling and lead generation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software are key qualifications for this role. Additionally, experience in the climate-tech or HVAC industry, familiarity with IoT-based solutions, and subscription models are advantageous.
