  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies and processes.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and business development to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ORANTS AIs products, services, and market landscape.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
