Mandatory Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in

    inside sales

    ,

    telephonic counselling

    , or

    edtech sales

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage targets, and close deals
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales reporting software
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound calls

    to guide prospective students about available training courses
  • Provide

    career counseling

    and help leads choose the right course based on their goals
  • Convert leads received through

    marketing campaigns, ads, and referrals

  • Achieve or exceed assigned

    sales targets and KPIs

    on a monthly basis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, ensuring

    post-sale engagement and satisfaction

  • Prepare and execute

    short-term and long-term sales strategies

    to increase conversions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and updates in the CRM system
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to stay aligned with business goals
  • Identify and leverage

    referral opportunities

    from the existing customer base
  • Ensure a high standard of

    customer support and follow-up

    , addressing queries and concerns promptly
