Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.

• Reach out to potential clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a

strong sales pipeline.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research on target clients to identify new business

opportunities.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of leads and meet sales

targets.

• Test and refine sales campaigns to improve performance and maximize results.

• Handle incoming queries and build strong client relationships.

• Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding client requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Pass qualified leads to the sales team for closing deals.

• Update and manage the lead generation database regularly.

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services.


Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

• Familiarity with CRM software, sales enablement tools, or Microsoft Office (a plus but not

mandatory).

• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and sales.
