Inside Sales Executive (US IT Consulting Night Shift Work from Office)

Role & responsibilities We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our team. You will be responsible for selling offshore software and IT consulting services to clients in the USA. This is a night shift position and requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients in the USA. Understand client requirements and position our offshore software and IT consulting services accordingly. Schedule and conduct virtual meetings, product/service presentations, and demos with prospective clients. Maintain active engagement with leads through regular follow-ups and effective pipeline management. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle and high client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of inside sales/business development experience, preferably in IT services or consulting. Prior experience in selling to US clients or working in the US shift is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work the night shift (7:30 PM IST 4:30 AM IST) from the office
