Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, email and website enquiries for custom printing & packaging products (boxes, pouches, labels, bags, etc.). The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, sharing quotations, closing orders, and ensuring a smooth handover to design/production. Key Responsibilities 1) Handle inbound enquiries Attend and respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp, emails, website forms, IndiaMART/lead portals (if any). Understand the requirement: product type, size, quantity, material, printing, finish, delivery timeline, budget. Ask the right questions to finalize specs and avoid back-and-forth. 2) Convert enquiries into orders Prepare and share quotations/estimates as per company format. Follow up on quotations and push for closure. Guide customers on best options (cost-effective + premium suggestions). 3) Coordination & order handover Coordinate with design team for artwork requirements, dielines, printability checks. Coordinate with production & dispatch for timelines and feasibility. Ensure the order has all required details before moving forward (PO, GST, billing/shipping address, artwork, approvals). 4) CRM & reporting discipline Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM/Zoho/Google Sheet (as per Inkprint process). Track status: New Lead → Quotation Sent → Follow-up → Won/Lost. Daily reporting of calls handled, quotes sent, closures, and pending follow-ups. 5) Customer experience Communicate professionally and quickly. Handle objections (price, delivery, MOQ) and provide solutions. Ensure smooth coordination so customer gets timely updates. Products You’ll Sell (Inbound) Custom packaging like: Mailer boxes, rigid boxes, printed shipping boxes Stand-up pouches, mono cartons Labels/stickers, hang tags, paper bags Tissue/wrapping sheets, sleeves, tapes, etc. Skills & Requirements 1–3 years experience in inside sales / customer support / tele-sales (printing/packaging preferred). Strong communication in Hindi + English. Comfortable on calls and WhatsApp selling. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, and using CRM is a plus. Ability to learn product specs like GSM, finishes, MOQ, lead time. What Success Looks Like (KPIs) Fast response time to inbound queries Quotation turnaround time Enquiry-to-order conversion % Follow-up discipline & closure rate Accuracy of order details (minimum rework) Working Hours 6 days a week (timing as per company schedule)
