This role will be key in driving our sales operations, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of the t-shirt manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, referrals, cold calling, and networking. • Sales Presentation: Present company products, services, and pricing to potential clients, and answer any inquiries about our t-shirt offerings. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. • Sales Process: Manage and track all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system. • Quote Generation: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, and ensure timely follow-up on all proposals. • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, overcoming objections to close deals. • Collaboration: Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new sales strategies to improve performance. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the apparel or manufacturing industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Basic understanding of t-shirt manufacturing processes and trends (preferred). • Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Education and Experience: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales or customer service role.
