As an Inside Sales Executive in our company, your role will involve generating quality leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the IT industry. Your responsibilities will include updating the CRM system, upselling to current customers, and attending industry events. Additionally, you will need to conduct market research and stay informed about competitors' products. Key Responsibilities: - Proven sales experience with IT Products / Solutions and Services - Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers - Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing - Developing in-depth knowledge of product features - Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers - Advising customers on suitable product selection - Creating a sales pipeline to track sales prospects - Following up on sales inquiries from potential customers - Setting up meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills - Effective communication skills in English and Tamil (knowledge of other languages is an advantage) - Exceptional customer service skills The Inside Sales Executive position is full-time with health insurance benefits. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in IT sales and a total of 4 years of work experience. The work location is in person.
