About the Role

We are looking for an empathetic, consultative Inside Sales Specialist who can drive the complete customer journey - from the first conversation to enrolling clients into our dermatologist-led treatment programs. Your role will be impact-driven, helping people make one of the most emotional decisions of their lives: choosing to treat their skin.

Role & responsibilities

Engage and qualify inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM-based follow-ups.
Understand customer skin concerns and recommend suitable solutions.
Clearly explain dermatologist-led treatment process.
Convert consultations into treatment enrollments through trust-based selling.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and meet monthly conversion targets.
Collaborate closely with Medical and Skin Coach teams for seamless onboarding.
Build long-term client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

Prior experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Engagement.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle concerns, manage objections, and build trust.
Target-driven with comfort working in structured, process-oriented environments.
Self-driven, organized, and empathetic communicator.
