: Job Title : Inside Sales Executive Inbound Calls (Commercial Cleaning Services) Location : Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Industry : Facility Management / Cleaning Services Department : Sales & Customer Acquisition Reporting To : Sales Manager / Operations Head Employment Type : Full-time Role Summary We are looking for a well-spoken and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound sales inquiries for our commercial cleaning services . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential customers, converting queries into business opportunities through effective communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and online inquiries from businesses and offices seeking cleaning solutions. Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant commercial cleaning service packages. Prepare and share service quotations, explain pricing, and follow up for conversion. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Coordinate with the operations team to schedule site visits or service deployment. Build rapport with prospective clients to ensure long-term service contracts. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for conversions and lead engagement. Provide post-sale customer support and handle any queries related to service performance. Requirements 13 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer service (preferably B2B or service sector). Good command of spoken Hindi, and Gujarati.(English added advantage ) Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills. Proficient in using basic computer tools (Excel, email, CRM software). Positive attitude, self-driven, and comfortable with targets. Education Minimum: 12th Pass Preferred: Graduate (any stream), with sales/customer service exposure Compensation Fixed Salary: 15,000 – 25,000/month (based on experience) Performance-based incentives Daily/weekly rewards for high-performing callers Why Join Us?
