Job Role for a Assistant Manager Field Sales position to sell premium liquid detergent in the Ahmedabad market : Job Title : Field Sales Executive Premium Liquid Detergent Location : Ahmedabad Industry : FMCG / Consumer Goods Department : Sales & Marketing Employment Type : Full-time Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales of our premium liquid detergent range in the Ahmedabad market . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating retail and distributor leads, building strong customer relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets through direct market engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across Ahmedabad. Regularly visit local markets, general stores, supermarkets, and kirana shops to pitch and sell premium detergent products. Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers and influence buying decisions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and customer feedback. Ensure proper placement and visibility of the product at retail counters. Follow up on payments and ensure timely order fulfilment. Maintain sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the Area Sales Manager. Requirements Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably in detergent/home care or personal care categories. Strong local market knowledge of Ahmedabad and surrounding areas. Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi/Gujarati and basic English. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ability to ride a two-wheeler and own a smartphone (preferred).
