We're looking for a sharp, agile CRM & Pre-Sales Manager

🔍 What You'll Be Rocking:

• Oversee and refine daily

  lead management operations across diverse international markets

  .
• Perform

  customer profiling

  and manage lead assignment
• Manage the

  entire lifecycle of inbound leads

  across global markets.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to schedule demos at the appropriate stage of the sales process.
• Track lead progress, identify drop-offs, and plug the gaps with data-backed actions.
• Keep the CRM squeaky clean and fully synced—calls, emails, chats, all of it.
• Qualify leads through intelligent engagement—understand their needs, pain points, and intent.
• Support pre-sales readiness by ensuring every lead is well-nurtured and sales-ready

📚 You’ll Thrive If You Have

• An MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business (or relevant experience in a similar role).
• Hands-on or willing to dabble with

  CRM tools

  —Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents.
• Strong written and verbal communication—

  you can engage and excite

  without a sales pitch.
• Understanding of email marketing flows, engagement techniques, and CRM compliance norms.
• A love for structure, detail, and data-driven decision-making.
