If you're the kind of person who can spot a hot lead from a mile away, who loves clean CRM dashboards, and who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment—we want you.

We're looking for a sharp, agile CRM & Pre-Sales Manager

🔍 What You'll Be Rocking:

Oversee and refine daily
lead management operations across diverse international markets
.
Perform
customer profiling
and manage lead assignment
Manage the
entire lifecycle of inbound leads
across global markets.
Collaborating closely with the sales team to schedule demos at the appropriate stage of the sales process.
Track lead progress, identify drop-offs, and plug the gaps with data-backed actions.
Keep the CRM squeaky clean and fully synced—calls, emails, chats, all of it.
Qualify leads through intelligent engagement—understand their needs, pain points, and intent.
Support pre-sales readiness by ensuring every lead is well-nurtured and sales-ready

📚 You’ll Thrive If You Have

An MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business (or relevant experience in a similar role).
Hands-on or willing to dabble with
CRM tools
—Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents.
Strong written and verbal communication—
you can engage and excite
without a sales pitch.
Understanding of email marketing flows, engagement techniques, and CRM compliance norms.
A love for structure, detail, and data-driven decision-making.
