Company & Profile Overview:

Asset Infinity, a product of PcsInfinity Pvt Ltd, is a leading B2B cloud-based SaaS application designed for efficient Asset Management (www.assetinfinity.com). We are seeking a skilled and motivated Individual to join our Finance and Accounts Team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciliations.
Maintain and manage office administration and monetary transactions of all kinds- Office, Operations, Employee travel expenses, advances, etc.
Recording journals of expenses and reconciliation of statements in Zoho Books.
Work together with the finance team to make sure that rules and standards related to accounting are followed.
Manage account payables and receivables processes.
Record and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as applicable.
Collaborate with team members and departments for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
