Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

     Proactively find and qualify potential students/schools (inbound/outbound calls, digital campaigns).
  • Needs Assessment & Counseling:

     Understand student/institution challenges and recommend suitable products/programs (e.g., software, courses, services).
  • Product Expertise:

     Develop deep knowledge of the product/service portfolio and how it solves educational needs.
  • Sales Process:

     Conduct virtual demos, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
  • CRM & Reporting:

     Maintain accurate records in CRM, track activities, and report on sales progress/forecasts.
  • Collaboration:

     Work with marketing on campaigns and other teams for smooth delivery/support.
  • Customer Relationship:

     Follow up to ensure satisfaction, drive renewals, and generate referrals.
