About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales / Demand Generation Specialist to play a pivotal role in strengthening ECSs sales engine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, driving meaningful customer engagements, and supporting sales and marketing efforts to ensure consistent pipeline growth. This role demands strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for customer-focused selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calling, targeted email campaigns, and digital outreach channels.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and schedule high-quality appointments for the field sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute demand-generation initiatives, targeted outreach, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Conduct market and account research to personalize outreach and improve engagement effectiveness.
  • Consistently contribute to sales pipeline growth and achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
  • Support the sales team with proposal coordination, initial discovery calls, and follow-up communication.
  • Track performance metrics and deliver weekly progress reports to leadership.
  • Stay updated on ECS products and services, competitive trends, and the overall market landscape.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong consultative selling abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong research capabilities and proven lead-generation expertise.
  • 2–4 years of experience

    in Inside Sales or Demand Generation within IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Solutions.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

  • Experience engaging with clients in the Middle East region.
  • Familiarity with Oracle or Salesforce product suites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
