Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - to drive anchor acquisition and build strategic B2B partnerships with startups, mid-sized, and large corporates. This is a client-facing role that involves engaging with CXOs (CEO, CFO,

Commercial & Collections Heads) to understand their receivables and collections challenges and offer customized solutions through StrideOne's platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new anchor clients across target sectors (startups, mid & large corporates).

- Build a strong pipeline and deliver on monthly/quarterly anchor onboarding targets.

- Engage with senior stakeholders (CEO/CFO/Commercial Heads) to pitch collection and working capital solutions.

- Structure deals and negotiate commercial terms to closure.

- Collaborate with product, credit, and marketing teams to execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

- Maintain deep, ongoing relationships with onboarded anchors to drive recurring business and revenue growth.

- Report on sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

Functional Skills:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services or fintech

- Working knowledge of receivables lifecycle, working capital, and collections models

- Strong deal structuring and negotiation skills

- Basic credit assessment and ability to read financial statements (P\&L, Balance Sheet)

Soft Skills:

- Strong executive presence and stakeholder engagement

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Candidate Profile:

Education: MBA in Marketing, Finance, or equivalent

Experience:

- 4-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in financial product sales, working capital solutions, collections, or receivables financing

- Existing network of corporate decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Commercial Heads)

- Experience selling to NBFCs, fin-techs, or enterprise clients is a plus
