    customer engagement and sales operations, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who are confident communicators, natural relationship builders, and ready to turn opportunities into success stories. As a Sales Executive at Kivavee, you’ll be at the heart of our growth team — connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and helping them get started with our services. This role involves both inbound and outbound sales. You’ll manage incoming inquiries from customers who want to know more about what we offer and also reach out to new prospects to create fresh opportunities. Every conversation you have will shape how people experience Kivavee for the first time, so empathy, clarity, and consistent follow-ups will matter as much as the numbers you deliver. Your workday will revolve around meaningful interactions — making calls, responding to inquiries, and guiding customers through the signup and on-boarding process. You’ll explain product benefits, clarify doubts, and make sure each customer feels supported throughout the journey. This is not just about selling; it’s about creating trust, confidence, and long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or service plans.

• Generate qualified leads and ensure timely follow-ups until conversion.

• Assist customers with the signup process — form filling, document verification, and payment completion. • Maintain all sales interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately.

• Collaborate with marketing to share lead feedback, product insights, and common customer expectations.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the team.

• Provide a positive, professional, and trustworthy experience in every interaction. Who You Are You’re someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and helping them make decisions. You can stay composed, persuasive, and friendly — even on a busy calling day. You’re organized with your follow-ups and understand that small details, like logging a note or sending a quick message, make a big difference in sales. Skills & Qualifications • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a bonus).

• Confident while talking over calls and presenting offers.

• Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and CRM tools.

• Prior experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer support (0–3 years preferred).

• Goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
