Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads, managing
outbound prospecting, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales
process from lead generation to deal closure. This role requires excellent communication skills,
persistence, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
● Reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social channels to
generate qualified leads.
● Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely and professional
manner.
● Conduct product presentations and demos virtually to prospective customers.
● Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our
products/services.
● Work closely with the sales team to support closing deals and achieving sales targets.
● Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
● Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and sales goals.
● Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer trends and market
dynamics.
● Nurture relationships with prospects and clients to ensure long-term engagement and
retention.
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
● 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation (SaaS or B2B
preferred).
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
● Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
● Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
Nice to Have:
● Experience in IT Domain
● Exposure to sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
● Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
