Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive who can actively engage prospects, generate qualified leads, and convert them into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven experience in inside sales , with a strong grasp of LinkedIn outreach and B2B client communication . Preferred someone from a digital marketing agency background Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels Initiate conversations and build rapport with decision-makers to understand their needs Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team Craft compelling outreach messages and follow-up strategies tailored to different client personas Maintain an organized pipeline and update CRM with all activities and communications Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to refine messaging and targeting Meet weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B lead generation (mandatory) Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold outreach techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with confidence Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and target achievement Ability to handle objections and convert cold leads into warm conversations Preferred Qualifications: Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales is a plus Why Join Us?
