Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon/Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience, excellent communication skills, convincing power, and an energetic personality.

Roles and Responsibility

Make cold calls to potential clients based on available data and conduct regular follow-ups to gather and close leads into sales.
Utilize outbound telesales techniques to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve client queries and concerns.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; other bachelor's degrees are also acceptable.
Proven experience in sales and marketing or business development.
Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
