Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base for enterprise SaaS-based products. You will engage with potential customers through various channels, build relationships, and contribute to lead generation and conversion efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-oriented individual who is eager to start a career in sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
● Customer Engagement: Establish strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs.● Product Presentation: Explain and demonstrate the value proposition of Antrika’s SaaS-based products to potential customers.● Sales Funnel Management: Manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing.● Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Antrika’s solutions.● Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the senior sales team to strategize on how to close deals and meet targets.● Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

● Educational Requirement: PGDM/MBA in Marketing, BBA, BCom (or related fields will be preferred). Must be a 2024/25 pass-out.
● Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.● Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to understand customer pain points and align product offerings accordingly.● Tech-Savvy: Interest in SaaS and technology solutions.● Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.● Sales-Driven Attitude: Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets

Compensation:

6 Months Probation/Training Period: Rs 20,000/- Per Month.
Post successful completion of the probation/training period: Upto Rs 6 LPA (4 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable) based on performance.

Other Details:

Working Days - Monday to Saturday (alternative Saturday's off). The fifth saturday of the month will be working
Working Hours - 10 AM to 7 PM

Address- BCN 12 Logix Infotech Park, D Block. Plot No: D - 5, Vishwakarma Rd, Sector 59, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301. Landmark: Near Sector 59 Metro Station.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
