Job Description: Inside Sales Executive Position: Inside Sales Executive Department: Sales Location: Noida Sector 16 Experience: 2–3 years (Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Lead Generation) Key Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research. Reach out to potential customers to introduce company products/services and understand their requirements. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and customer information. Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities. Coordinate with the Sales Team for scheduling meetings, demos, or follow-up calls with qualified leads. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Provide product information, pricing, and basic technical details to customers. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on lead generation activities. Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. Proven experience in Inside Sales / Tele calling / Lead Generation roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
