Abhyaas Edu Technologies Pvt Ltd is an IIM & NIT alumnus initiative. We are a fast-emerging leader in the education space, training around 5000 students every year through our multiple institutions as follows.

Abhyaas is a test prep institution for competitive exams like CLAT/CAT/GRE, etc. Abhyaas currently operates 4 learning centres in Hyderabad and Waranga, training over 2500 students every year in these locations. Abhyaas also has an engaging online presence with learning courses.

Gyanville Academy is a revolution in intermediate education, offering both MPC and MEC courses, with an emphasis on enabling students to make informed career choices in Engineering, Law, and others. It attracts applications 4 times the seats available from both Telugu and the adjacent states.

Role - Inside Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and generate new leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
• Explain company products/services to potential customers.
• Nurture leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
